Q: After payment, how long do I have to wait to access the courses?
Once you make payment, you will be immediately brought to a page where you can access all the courses.
Q: Can I cancel the membership any time I want, and how do I do it?
Absolutely, canceling your subscription to the membership program at any time is simple and straightforward. Once you do any of the following, you will no longer be billed, and you will no longer have access to our growing library.
Method 1: Send an email to cancel@clickbank.com. You will need to provide your order number, and email address which you used for purchase.
Method 2: Use the Clickbank purchase inquiry form. This web form requires you to fill in the same information. Make sure to select “I would like to cancel…” in the Subject of request dropdown box.
Q: Where can I get my Order Number?
Your order number can be found in the receipt that's emailed to you after your purchase, on your credit card statement, or on your PayPal receipt.
Credit Card: You'll find your order number located in the description of the charge.
PayPal: The order number is listed as the Invoice ID under Transaction Details in your PayPal Account or will appear on your bill as "PAYPAL *CLICKBANK".
Q: Are your tutorials based on any structure or syllabus?
While a good portion of our courses are based on the Certified Financial Technician Program, of the International Federation of Technical Analysts, as well as the Chartered Market Technician, of the Market Technician Association (MTA), our other courses are structured for the retail investor. This means all our teachings are from a practical standpoint, so you can apply the concepts and strategies to your own trading immediately.
Q: Can I read all these from books myself?
We encourage learning on all fronts. However, books can take you years, and cost you a bomb.
More importantly, research has proven that humans are more visual learners, and all senses have to be engaged for our minds to effectively take in information. Our online courses are more effective than books because you can watch, listen, take quizzes, and click on the screen for interaction. This engages our students and they learn better. Especially with technical analysis where charts form the backbone, viewing a high definition chart on your screen beats a black and white book hands down.
Q: Should I watch your online courses, or attend a physical seminar?
Many of our clients live in parts of the world where physical seminars, and institutions to learn trading and investing, are not available. Our online courses are available 24/7 so anyone around the world can learn trading and investing. You can learn at your own pace, pause – go forward – go backwards so it will cater to your learning speed and needs. It also saves you a lot of time (and money) from searching the net for quality courses, or buying books to find information that is all here.
Again, we encourage learning on all fronts. If the benefits of the physical seminar outweighs the costs, go ahead.

Q: Are your courses for trading only? What about investing?
We have courses for both trading and investing, across asset classes. We also believe a complete investor has an understanding of both fundamentals and technicals.
Q: I know absolutely nothing about trading and investing. Can I learn these from your courses?
Definitely. Our courses cater to both beginners and investors. They key is to get started, and you will naturally connect the dots over time.
Q: There are so many tutorials, where do I start?
You can start with “Develop Your Profitable Trading Plan”. Most traders do not treat their trading as a business. By developing a trading plan, you understand yourself, your needs, your system, and can better measure your progress. Q: What else can we expect as members?
Our library is constantly being updated and new courses are added in frequently. You can expect more strategies, strategies that can be found no where else, and of course continued investment in your knowledge and education.
Q: Can I watch the courses on my iPhone or iPad?
We believe this will be possible in the near future. As the courses run on Flash, they are not viewable on iPhone and iPad at the moment. But Samsung Galaxy allows for this though.
Q: Must I complete all the tutorials in order to start trading?
No. Pick any strategy or trading system you like, and begin testing them, refining them, and developing them. Traders and investors never stop learning and along the way, you can add on weapons to your arsenal. The key is to get started and adapt from there as you begin to understand your trading style.
Q: How long will it take for me to complete all the tutorials?
This depends on how much of your time you want to put in, as well as how much you want to get out of it. Some of our clients rush though the content and finish it in a month, but get little out of it. While others focus on a particular strategy, for example Ichimoku, and get deep into it. We leave that to you, and assure you that our library is constantly increasing, so there is always more than enough for you.
