If we had a choice, we would name this indicator “Traffic Lights”. Even without a driving licence, you know how to navigate this indicator. Buy on green, Sell on red, and for amber – it depends what kind of driver you are.
As with most trend following indicators, the challenge here will be to avoid whipsaws. Nonetheless, we like the simplicity of this indicator as it does it’s job with one line, plus clear visuals.
